This is a natural-processed Bourbon from Burundi, where coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in small family-tended gardens and makes up more than 80% of the landlocked country's exports. Dried with the fruit still on, naturals like this lean sweet and fruit-driven. The lot marks a new sourcing relationship for the roaster.
