Santuario Sul, Pacamara, Anaerobic Natural

A limited anaerobic natural Pacamara from Santuário Sul, set in the hills of Carmo de Minas, Brazil. Founded by Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira with collaborators including Camilo Merizalde, the farm was built as a deliberate break from traditional Brazilian coffee, run as a living collection of varieties rather than a volume play.
