A washed heirloom coffee from Abana Estate in Ethiopia, where the fruit is removed before drying to give a clean, bright cup. The family-owned estate was founded by Peter Omran and is now run by his sons Michael and Chris; its name translates from Arabic as "our fathers," a nod to the heritage of wild-grown Ethiopian coffee.
