Nahun Fernandez, Parainema, Honey

A honey-processed Parainema grown by Nahun Fernandez in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras, near the shores of Lake Yojoa. The honey process, which dries the bean with some fruit mucilage intact, tends to build sweetness and body.
