The Trademark is Spilt Milk's flagship, a natural-process Catuai from Brazil grown with producer Deyvid Leandro and the Barbosa family. Rich, balanced and sweet, it drinks of chocolate, caramel and Nutella — equally happy as espresso, drip, black or through milk.
