Catucaí

Catucaí is a Brazilian variety that arose from a natural cross between Icatu and Catuaí, combining the compact stature of Catuaí with added vigor. It was selected for productivity and resilience and is now grown across Brazil as well as neighboring Andean countries. The cup is generally clean and approachable, with moderate acidity and a rounded sweetness. Several color forms exist, including yellow and red selections.
