This second-harvest lot from Putushio in Ecuador was assembled by Pepe and Jose after cupping through many selections to bring together the best of the year. The cup is fragrant and juicy, with orange blossom, mandarin and a soft note of cooked pear. A carefully curated expression of a single site.
