This washed lot comes from various smallholders in Patlanalan, one of the most remote communities in Puebla, Mexico, grown between 1,600 and 1,800 m from Mundo Novo, Sarchimor and Caturra. It's complex and floral, with papaya, lemon candy and a mellow citrus acidity. Patlanalan is known for its lagoon, one of the best-known in Puebla.
