A Sidra lot from Manuel Dota in southern Ecuador, this is Sey's first year working with him and a continuation of a small but compelling project in the region. The cup is textbook Sidra: exotic dragon fruit, cooling eucalyptus and ripe stone fruit. The lot is very small, with hopes it will grow over time. Roasted light for filter by Sey Coffee in the United States.
