A Sidra lot from Manuel Dota in southern Ecuador, this is Sey's first year working with him and a continuation of a small but compelling project in the region. The cup is textbook Sidra: exotic dragon fruit, cooling eucalyptus and ripe stone fruit. The lot is very small, with hopes it will grow over time.
