Dehong Yuan Yi Yuan is a catimor honey from the Yuan Yin Yuan Coffee Farm in the mountain-ringed Dehong basin of Yunnan, grown between 1,400 and 1,580 m. Made in collaboration with a local tropical crop institute, it uses a coffee-specific yeast during fermentation. The cup is smooth and tea-like, with oolong tea, lychee and peach.
