Alo Hybrid Washed

This coffee comes from Safo, Alo Coffee's original washing station in Bensa, Sidama, in southern Ethiopia. The ripe cherries ferment whole for three days before washing, a hybrid approach that keeps the clarity of a washed coffee while layering on juicy sweetness.
