Dota

Dota is a single lot from the Dota canton in Costa Rica's San José province, bordering Tarrazú, where smallholders farm plots averaging around 8.5 acres. The roaster rates this region among the country's finest, and the cup shows why with a dark chocolate-cherry core, very smooth acidity and a rounded body. It's a polished, easygoing pour.
