Edgardo Tinoco

This is a single-lot washed Parainema grown at 1,640 meters on the southern slopes of the Santa Bárbara Mountain Nature Reserve, where cool temperatures slow cherry maturation. Careful processing preserves clarity, giving a cup with bright acidity, crisp fruit, and a remarkably clean finish.
