Blueberry Beats is an anaerobic natural from Ethiopia's Bura Baturo washing station, made from heirloom varieties grown around 2,100 m. The extended sealed fermentation pushes the cup deep into fruit territory: blueberries and strawberry over vanilla and stewed fruits, rich and unapologetically playful.
