Fredy Perez is a washed Honduran grown in San Andrés, Lempira, by a longtime producer of the same name. Onyx began working in this relatively young coffee region around 2021, and Fredy became both a trusted grower and a local connection, introducing them to neighboring farmers while pushing his own quality forward.
