About this coffee

A washed coffee from Karimikui in Kenya, where quality control starts with strict hand-sorting of cherries on delivery. The coffee is pulped and fermented overnight in concrete tanks, then washed and graded by density in clean water channels before a final soak and drying on raised beds. It's traditional Kenyan processing done with care. Roasted light for filter and espresso by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
