Huila El Diviso "Ombligon"

This is an Ombligon lot from Finca El Diviso in southern Huila, Colombia, grown between 1,600 and 1,800 m by the Lasso family, who continually experiment with microbial processing. The name Ombligon is a local term tied to Ethiopian landrace varieties, and the cup delivers cranberry, ripe plum and American cherry over a smooth body and long finish.
