From the La Negrita farm in Tolima, Colombia, this is a Typica Mejorado grown at 1,900 m in a valley-cut, mountain-ringed microclimate. Owner Mauricio, a doctor by trade, is a restless experimenter who changes his processing lot by lot — here a nitrogen anaerobic natural. The cup is sweet and round, with yellow peach, mandarin and cherry. Roasted light for filter by Glitch Coffee in Japan.
