Aramosa

Aramosa is a cross between Coffea arabica and the drought-tolerant Coffea racemosa, developed in Brazil to combine cup quality with a naturally low caffeine content. The racemosa parent contributes hardiness and a lighter caffeine load, while the arabica side keeps the cup smooth and approachable. Lots are still rare and often processed with care to highlight delicate, fruit-forward sweetness. Producers such as Daterra have championed it as a distinctive, low-caffeine specialty option.
