Huye Mountain is a washed Bourbon from Rwanda and a longtime favourite of the roaster. It delivers everything you'd hope for from the origin: sweet milk chocolate rounded out by a bright pop of cranberry. Approachable and dependable. Roasted medium for espresso by The Barn in Germany.
