A single lot of Chiroso from La Esperanza in Urrao, Colombia, part of an ongoing project built around this distinctive variety. Diana Arboleda Tabares took over managing her father's small farm in 2011 and is a recent, welcome addition to the group. In the cup it shows what's becoming a signature Chiroso profile: tropical fruit, very bright acidity and a touch of florality. Roasted light for filter by Sey Coffee in the United States.
