About this coffee
This Geisha from Wilder Lasso's La Dinastía in San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia is an anaerobic washed lot with lemongrass fermentation, grown at 1,900 metres. It's beautifully floral with lavender and lilac over an underpinning bergamot sweetness, and a distinctly playful sugary note that September likens to Froot Loops cereal. A fun, expressive cup.
