This washed Pink Bourbon comes from Benjamin Tunubalá, a third-generation producer in Mesopotamia, Inzá, carrying forward a legacy begun by his grandfather Pedro, one of the region's early pioneers. The coffee grows at La Aragona, Benjamin's three-hectare varietal project at 1,850 meters, where volcanic soils and elevation lend exceptional clarity and complexity.
