Tolima Grande is a washed, organic single lot from Colombia, put together for the espresso cup. It pours round and creamy, with notes of brown sugar, red apple and dark chocolate. It's an approachable, comforting shot rather than a bright, acidic one. Roasted medium for espresso by Coffee Collective in Denmark.
