About this coffee
Karana comes from the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, produced by a community collective of 377 smallholders. Grown at 1,200 metres, this blend of S795 and Kartika undergoes carbonic maceration, a form of anaerobic processing that brings out funky, vibrant tropical sweetness.
