About this coffee
This washed heirloom lot comes from the Ayla Bensa washing station in the Sidama highlands of Ethiopia, where dense semi-forest and elevation lend remarkable clarity. Grown above 2,000 meters, it shows the elegance of southern Ethiopia's washed profile, anchored by delicate jasmine florals and crisp melon.
