A Catuai from Luiz Paulo, who grew up on his father's farm, Sitio Souza, a large property planted with Catuai trees. Part of a new generation of growers, Luiz focuses on sustainable farming and refined processing and drying, with this lot fermented and dried within the recommended protocols.
