Risaralda Milan "Nitro Washed" is a caturra from the Milan farm in the Andes of Risaralda, set on volcanic soil among hot springs. After pulping, the parchment ferments in tanks for four days with nitrogen and yeast under strict temperature control before washing and a 20–30 day dry. The result is juicy and sweet, with melon, golden kiwi and watermelon. Roasted light for filter by Glitch Coffee in Japan.
