Cassis (New Harvest)

Cassis is a washed field blend of SL28, SL34, Batian and Ruiru 11 grown around 1,800 m in Nyeri, Kenya, sourced from the well-regarded Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society. As the region tends to, it runs high in acidity with a full, juicy mouthfeel, carrying red currant, rhubarb and pomegranate through the cup. The acidity is what keeps all that fruit moving.
