Saldaña Highlands

This is a washed single lot from the southern highlands of Tolima, Colombia, bringing together coffees from smallholder members of the Asprasar Cooperative. Grown between 1,700 and 2,000 meters, the cherries are hand-picked and processed on individual farms using traditional washed methods, which preserves the balanced sweetness and bright acidity the region is known for.
