Coffee Berry Fizz is a refreshing, sparkling infusion made from dried coffee berry skin and pulp rather than the roasted bean. It's sweetened with just a tiny amount of sugar, keeping things light. A playful use of a part of the coffee cherry that's usually discarded. Made by Tim Wendelboe in Norway.
