A Pink Bourbon from Colombia, a variety likely named for its pale, pinkish cherries and first spotted amid a crop of Bourbon plants. Genetic testing in 2023 revealed it to be a mutation of an Ethiopian heirloom, though how it reached Colombia remains unknown.
