This is a fermented washed Ethiopian heirloom from the Bona Zuria washing station in the Bensa zone of Sidamo, a region that's been making quality headlines. The station sits at a striking 2,000 to 2,330 metres — altitudes that were once too high for coffee, but shifting temperatures from climate change have made cultivation possible here.
