About this coffee
Abu is a Catuai from Boquete in Panama's Chiriquí province, grown at 1,550 metres. It's bright and fruit-forward in the cup, with ripe pineapple and strawberry lifted by a black tea finish. A clean, approachable Panamanian for the filter. Roasted light by People Possession in France for filter.
