About this coffee
Another Las Margaritas lot processed by Lost Origin Coffee Lab, the Panama City outfit founded in 2023 by Franz Zeimetz and Andy Typaldos. The two friends arrived in coffee by way of beer, and their lab sits above their craft brewery, Casa Bruja, where custom tanks manage temperature, pressure and agitation like a brewhouse.
