Bekele Yutute is a natural-processed heirloom coffee produced by Bekele Yutute in Dembe, Ethiopia, at 2,350 meters. Using the 74158 cultivar, the producer emphasizes clean, expressive profiles, with aromatics, subtle fruit and a refined, tea-like structure. Careful drying and variety selection show throughout. Roasted light for filter and made to order by Verve Coffee Roasters in the United States.
