A washed SL28 from Sumava de Lourdes in Costa Rica, carrying the name Black Moon Process after being harvested during a recent solar eclipse. The cherries rest in the shade for three days in specially designed boxes, then are de-pulped, washed, and taken through a 48-hour water fermentation before sun-drying on raised beds.
