Safo is a washed hybrid lot from Ethiopia, made by Sey's longtime friend Tamiru Tadesse at his main site in the town of Alo, Bensa. The washed process frames a vivid, fruit-driven cup of tropical fruit, candied peach, rose, and berries. It's a special separation born of a close partnership.
