This washed Geisha comes from the Peterson family's Hacienda La Esmeralda in Jaramillo, Boquete, at 1,700 m — arguably the farm that sparked Geisha's rise after the 2004 Best of Panama. It's classic Esmeralda, leading with jasmine florals and a soft peach sweetness. A landmark coffee in the most literal sense. Roasted light for filter by Hatch Coffee in Canada.
