Warm Shadow

A natural-process coffee built on Maracaturra, a hybrid of Maragogipe and Caturra known for producing some of the largest beans in coffee — and, the roaster suggests, more complexity in the cup for it. Dried in the fruit, it leans warm and sweet, with notes of rhubarb, marzipan and apple cider. It drinks like a hug on the first cold morning of fall. Roasted light for filter by FUNK Coffee in Canada.
