Surf Jam is a natural heirloom from the Chelchele washing and drying station in Gedeb, named for the village of Chelchele where the coffee is grown at elevations up to 2,100 m. Dense and jammy in the cup, it delivers blackberry, dates and cherry jam. It's DAK's second summer release of the year. Roasted light for filter by DAK Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
