Raro comes from a high-elevation site in Uraga, Ethiopia, and continues Sey's work on a new processing and separation protocol developed with their partners there. It's made from cherry sourced at some of the highest ground they work with, and the cup shows ripe stone fruit, very lively acidity and rose hips. Bright and vivid throughout.
