Popayan Santuario "Gold Washed" is a washed bourbon from the Santuario farm near the Plake volcano in Popayán, grown between 1,850 and 2,100 m. The estate farms organically without pesticides, aided by high-altitude conditions that keep pests at bay. Bright and tea-like, the cup shows lemon, dried fig and hazelnut.
