Dota Medium, formerly Dota Vienna, comes from the Dota canton in Costa Rica's San José province, home to smallholders farming plots averaging 8.5 acres. The cup offers smooth acidity and a round body over a rich dark chocolate-cherry core, with a hint of orange. It's a comfortable, balanced take on a region the roaster considers the country's best.
