About this coffee
Bookissa comes from the Guji highlands of Shakiso, Ethiopia, where cherries from around 30 smallholder farmers are brought together. The Sawana drying station was built in 2022 to process this coffee on its own, after years of sharing a single station with neighbouring Shoondhisa. Like much of Ethiopia, this is a true smallholder coffee rather than one large estate. Roasted light for filter by Even Coffee in Canada.
