Tropic Sun is a natural-process Batian from the Los Rodriguez family's Kusillo farm in Caranavi, Bolivia, grown at 1,468 m. It's dried by a method the farm calls coco natural — cherries washed, laid on patio for 48 to 72 hours, then finished in a stationary box dryer down to 11.5% humidity.
