An organic single lot from Ethiopia dialled in as an espresso, where its sweetness and body come to the front. The cup is creamy and gentle, with dried apple and a bergamot lift resolving into milk chocolate. It's an Ethiopian that suits milk and short pours as much as clarity chasers.
