About this coffee
Produced by the Genji Challa Cooperative in Ethiopia, this washed heirloom lot is depulped with a water-saving Penagos eco-pulper. The coffee is first dried under shade, then moved into direct sunlight to finish, a careful two-stage approach. Every bag is roasted to order.
