Demeka Becha is a heirloom Ethiopian from the Demeka site in Bona Zuria, a place that has quietly delivered exceptional coffees over the years. The cup brings pineapple, Earl Grey tea, and jasmine — floral, bright and layered. Sey buys little from this area, but Demeka has consistently earned its place.
