Yirgacheffe Gotiti G1

Gotiti is a G1 washed Yirgacheffe made from heirloom coffee grown beneath acacia and false banana trees in Ethiopia's cool, forested Gedeb highlands. It's the work of 868 smallholder farmers, whose cherry travels by foot or mule to the washing station, where each lot is carefully separated, fermented and dried for clarity and traceability.
